I stayed from Saturday to Tuesday.1)When I checked in they told me my room wasn't ready,so they put me in a smaller room and suggested to move me to the bigger room the day after.I Agreed,but it never happened.2)There was no hot water for a shower in the evening!3)My room was not cleaned on Sunday.4)On Sunday evening on my way out the receptionist(who couldn't speak a word in English)while he was on the phone,he asked me to wait.I Replied in Spanish that I was on my way to the opera and didn't have time(don't worry the opera is near by he said,you have time!). said he wanted me to pay the bill there and then(although I was checking out on Tuesday!).After a while he hung up the phone and it took him a few more minutes to print out the receipt.I Arrived at the opera at 19.01 only to hear the opera staff telling me:''sorry,we closed the doors just now!!'' (The opera was starting at 19.00).So I got in after the 1st break at 20.45!When I returned I asked to speak to the manager. The recept ionist eventually called him,but the manager didn't pick up.Straight after,the reception phone rang and I heard the receptionist saying my name,my room number and that there was a problem.Then he replied on whoever was on the other line ''. . .No,there is no problem with the bill'' and soon after he hung up.Then he turned to me and said ''. . you will have to wait until tomorrow to speak to the manager! I decided not to.I Loved Valencia,but I hated ''On Dormire''.IF Ever in valencia,avoid it like plague.i 've stayed in hotels in more than 45 cities worldwide and this is my 1st negative review:Congratulations ''On Sleep''!

outside, just in front of the hotel entrance always full of cigarette butts. very attentive and friendly staff help you with everything you need. simple but very complete breakfast, for me great. there were times when the coffee cups were dirty, they didn't come out of the dishwasher clean and they weren't checked. room when we had to open the extra bed for the kids was a bit impassable if we added the stroller and bags, we survived. There is almost no closet space to put clothes and not have to leave them inside the suitcase. very uncomfortable extra bed. It's a wooden board. In general we will say that well. treatment very good, cleaning of the room the necessary one, remarking the thing of the cigarette butts of the entrance, little uncomfortable the room to the being 4 and to stay something small, much tranquility and cosy,

The attitude of the hotel owner was awful - we caught him spying on us twice!!! When it happened for the first time, and he saw that we saw him, he started yelling at us that this is his hostel and his rules of him, and he can do whatever he wants. After the second time we simply left. We have never in our lives left a hostel with such a feeling of disgust. Moreover, the hostel is situated in a street where people gather when the pubs are already closed, so the noise at 3 A.M. it was unbearable. The breakfast consists of two boxes - one with cornflakes, one with bisquits, and milk. Not even coffee or tea.

Its location is very good. Being on top of a shopping mall is great since anything you need you can get it just by going down a few stairs. A lot of variety of commercial premises. And a stone's throw from the City of the Arts makes it very attractive if that's one of your plans when visiting Valencia. The staff in general very friendly, attentive and helpful.
